We have wireless and wireline expertise in high performance PLL/VCO, including ADPLLs, fractional-N PLLs, low phase noise integer-N PLLs, high resolution, high speed A/D converters (ADC) based on delta sigma, pipeline, and SAR architectures, high speed, low power D/A converters (DAC) based on current steering, R-2R ladders, delta sigma, and capacitor arrays, digital controlled crystal oscillators (DCXO) with low phase noise and controllability down to monotonic 0.04 ppm resolution, RF front ends for GSM/EDGE and WCDMA with less than 2dB noise figure, direct conversion transmitters and receivers, as well as filtering with autocalibration to 3% resolution. The IP is protected by 29 Patents pending.
