Robert Shen – President and CEO
Robert Shen brings over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry to NanoAmp Solutions, with which 15 years in executive roles. His prior experiences include: CTO of Broadband Communications; General Manager of Ethernet business for Lucent Microelectronics; Founder and CEO of Enable Semiconductor; and President of 8x8 Inc. He is currently also the Managing Director for H&Q Asia Pacific.

Dr. Shen received a BA from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan, an MA from Marquette University, and a Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University, all in Electrical Engineering.

David Shen – Chief Technical Officer
Dr. Shen has over 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit development in radio frequency as well as multi-giga hertz communication and network systems. Prior to becoming the CTO of NanoAmp Solutions, he was the manager of an analog and mixed-signal group for Agere Systems. Dr. Shen also worked for Enable Semiconductor which was acquired by Lucent in 1999. Dr. Shen is a co-inventor of a disruptive technology patent on the discrete-time radio frequency architecture and circuit implementation. He is also the inventor of a high speed communication architecture and circuit implementation. Dr. Shen holds 3 granted patents and several pending patents.

Dr. Shen holds both a Ph.D. and an M.S. in EE from Stanford University specialized in analog and RF circuits and a B.S. in EE/CS from UC, Berkeley.

Mike Chen – Vice President of Operations
Mike Chen has over 20 years of management experience in the electronic industry for product development, testing, and operation. Prior to NanoAmp Solutions, Mr. Chen was the senior director of operation at Centrality Communications. Mr. Chen also has held director of product and test engineering positions at Artest Corp., Agere System, previous Enable Semiconductor, and 8x8 Inc.

Mr. Chen received a BSEE from National Taiwan University in Taiwan, and a MSEE from University of Southern California.
