The foundation of the NanoAmp Solutions CMOS RF transceiver platform is its scalable digital sRF architecture employing a unique DSP processor that is wireless-standard and frequency-band agnostic. Our agile architecture simultaneously supports existing wireless standards such as GSM/EDGE/WEDGE and emerging wireless standards such as WiMAX, LTE, and UMB, enabling wireless ODMs to reduce to time-to-market and design-in costs while offering  high-performance multi-standard and multi-band end-user products. The NanoAmp DSP processor architecture also enables simple and low-cost single-chip integration of value-added functions such as GPS, RX Diversity, WLAN, and FM/DTV receivers.
The current NanoAmp Solutions CMOS RF transceiver solutions portfolio consists of GSM/GPRS and GSM/GPRS/EDGE Radio-on-a-Chip (RoC) ICs supporting both analog IQ and the DigRF interface, all of which are currently available as reference designs. NanoAmp will soon sample its revolutionary full-CMOS seven-band WEDGE DigRF-compatible transceiver, allowing mobile wireless OEMs to finally offer truly seamless and standards-agnostic wireless products with global mobility and 3G connectivity.
NanoAmp Solutions RoC products enable wireless OEMs to reduce their time to market and RF design investment by providing single-chip CMOS solutions with multiple radio and processing functions. As wireless OEMs continue to differentiate on global connectivity, applications, and form-factor, product launch schedules accelerate. Having easy-to-use drop-in multi-function radio solutions enables rapid product launch schedules to hit key market-driven events.
As a strategic compliment to our wireless RF segment, NanoAmp Solutions offers the Enable Semiconductor brand of high-performance low-power low-voltage PSRAM/DRAM memory products having unmatched performance and ease of design-in. These products support 1.8 to 3.3V power supply with a standby current of 100uA or lower and an active power of 15% to 30% of standard DRAM at up to 200 MHz. They have multibank with auto/self refresh concurrent auto-pre-charge with special power saving features (Deep Power Down, PASR, Auto-TCSR) with known die support. NanoAmp low power PSRAM/DARM products consist of 16MSDR, 32MSDR, 32MPSRAM (ADmux), 64MSDR and 128MSDR. 128MDDR and 64MDDR will be released soon.
